2026 PNPCA Winter Meeting

Registration is now open for the 2026 PNPCA Winter Meeting! Join precast concrete industry professionals from across the Pacific Northwest for two days of education, industry updates, networking, and opportunities to connect with colleagues and industry partners. This year's meeting will feature committee updates, industry presentations, the Associate Experience, and an evening reception and dinner at Seattle's Museum of Flight. Whether you're attending, exhibiting, or sponsoring, we look forward to seeing you in Seattle!

Attendee Registration

Your conference registration includes access to all scheduled educational presentations, committee updates, networking opportunities, and the Associate Experience.

Registration Fees

*This registration is for members of APWA, NWCC, NUCA, HBA, ABC, AGC and engineers. It includes the seminar & materials and meals. This registration category is not available to PNPCA members.  

Bringing a guest or companion?
Attendees may purchase additional meal tickets for guests or companions who are not registered for the conference.

• Reception & Dinner: $100 per person
• Thursday Lunch: $65 per person

Registered attendees do not need to purchase additional meal tickets for themselves. Meals are included with their registration.

Join us for a memorable evening at one of Seattle's most unique venues! This year's reception and dinner will take place in the Space Gallery at The Museum of Flight. Enjoy an evening of great food, conversation, and networking while surrounded by exhibits celebrating aviation and space exploration. The reception is included with full conference registration. Additional dinner tickets for guests and companions are available for $100 per person.

PNPCA has secured special room rates for Winter Meeting attendees at the host hotel, Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Tacoma International Airport. Event Cancellation Policy

• On or before November 18, 2026: Full refund less a $75 administrative fee.
• November 19 – December 1, 2026: 50% refund less a $75 administrative fee.
• After December 1, 2026: No refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or same-day event cancellations.

Exhibit Opportunities

• Your PNPCA exhibit includes a 6-foot table and two chairs. Exhibit space is $350 per exhibit. Electricity and signage are not provided with your exhibit fee but can be provided for an extra fee.
• Exhibit personnel must be registered as an attendee to manage your exhibit during the event.
• Space is limited – so register early. Exhibit space will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• PNPCA reserves the right to make changes to the show, exhibit area and/or exhibit spacing as they deem appropriate.
